Shipping Policy
- Delivery time varies by location and usually takes 2- 5 days within Egypt.
- Shipping is available across all governorates via (Egypt post ).
- Shipping costs 60 EGP for all country except border governorates .
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details to ensure timely delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Since all products are handmade, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders.
- If there is an issue with the product, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order and provide clear photos of the issue.
- Returned products will be inspected, and if a defect is confirmed, the item will be replaced or refunded as per the customer’s preference.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is on our end.
- Custom-made (personalized) orders are non-refundable or exchangeable unless a clear defect is found.
